Postcard promotion regulations

A. Grants and obligations:

- Everyone who reserves accommodation in Kamratowo resort and comes with a valid discount postcard (stamped) is entitled to a 5% discount off the price of the prebooked room or apartment

- One postcard means a discount for all the people booked in to one apartament or one room in Kamratowo

- We do not accept postcards that were not stamped or had not been sent

- Those guests who booked in to Kamratowo with a discount postcard are obliged to follow the rules and regulations of Kamratowo Resort.

- Kamratowo Apartment guests receive discount postcards during their stay in Kamratowo. The postcards are also available in certain places in Wisła.

B. What is not included in the discount:

- The promotion does not cover the New Years Eve bookings (reservations including the date 31st of December)

- The promotion does not concern other costs, such as for example rental of the banqueting room

- The discounts cannot be cumulated or joined ( If during the stay there are other promotions or discounts available, the guests must choose one of them; as well the discounts of the postcards cannot be summed up and therefore be higher than 5% off the price).

C. Reservation procedures and payments in Kamratowo resort:

- Every booking must be prearranged by phone or email and followed by the deposit. The rest of the payment is due on the arrival day.

- The fact of owning the postcard does not guarantee the booking itself or checking in to Kamratowo.

- Together with the booking a guests is obliged to pay the so called health resort fee, collected in the name of the city council of Wisła. The postcard discount does not concern the fee.

D. The valid date of the postcard promotion:

- The valid date of the promotion of each postcard is marked at the back of the postcard (series with a number) and explained on www.kamratowo.pl

- The postcard of which the discount had been used, is marked with the stamp of Kamratowo resort and therefore it means the same postcard cannot be used towards any other reservation in Kamratowo. 

E. Changes concerning the postcard promotion:

- The organizer of the promotion is entitled to make changes concerning:
a) lengthing the valid date of the discount on each postcard
b) supplementing the rules and regulations concerning their interpretation
c) the area of the discount  in the promotion

- The changes of the promotion can be conducted in the new series of the postcards that are not issued yet.
