The wild life park in Ustron is one of the most interesting attractions in Beskidy mountains. It is located in the middle of beech wood, on the south side of Rownica mountain, of which some part is strictly protected.
The park gives the visitors an opportunity to get into a close contact with nature, flora and animals, that are literally at arm's length! While walking around the park you must not miss its main attraction: the wild birds station, which is under the care of qualified falconers.
There, you can watch the birds fly, straight from the falconer's glove, over the audience's heads and back into the cage. Such show is a great fun, especially for those who will volunteer to get closer to the birds during the presentation.
Around the extended area of the park, you can admire, feed or touch a great variety of european wild animals (the special feed is to be purchased at the park entrance), that are used to people's presence and therefore eagerly approach everybody.
The children can also play around a good size outdoor playground (trampolines, slides, swings, etc.), as well as an alley with animated fairytale characters (Red Riding Hood, Sleeping Beauty, Pinokio etc.) or a picnic field.
