The café and bar located in the Lower Castle of the presidential complex in Wisła Czarne is the place with the most beautiful view in Wisła.
The decor of the cafe is matched to the times in which the whole Castle was built, that is in the 30's of the 20th century. The whole complex has a rich and long history. The terrace of the cafe offers a view of Lake Czerniańskie, which can also be observed through a special telescope placed there.
