Our Vistula river - the queen of Polish rivers has its sources under the mountain called Barania Góra (1220 m above sea level) in Vistula town.
In the source area, it consists of two smaller rivers:
- Biała Wisełka, which source is located at an altitude of 1120 m above sea level.
- Czarna Wisełka, which "cracks" (there is no single-point source, only a number of springs on the marshy terrain) are located on the southern slope of Barania mountain (about 1100 m above sea level).
