Vistula's "Niagara" waterfall

Guidebook

A beautiful, eight-meter, artificially built waterfall, is especially charming at high water level on the river. Standing at the railing, we notice on the opposite bank the so-called fish pass, i.e. a system of small water thresholds enabling fish to travel along the river and down.

The waterfall, built in the 1950s, centered the water of the Wisełka stream. Going to the other side of the stream, you can walk to the charming lake and the old, stylish inn "Drewutnia" (the building dates back to 1833), where it is worth stopping and tasting local dishes.
