It is one of the oldest museums in Europe. After many years of refurbishment, it was reopened in 2002. proudly presenting its rich collection. Adjacent to it there is an extremely picturesque green corner of the center of Cieszyn - Park of Peace, in which there is an interesting mural symbolizing the largest film festival in the region "Cinema on the Border". In the inner yard of the museum, there is the magic cafe 'Cafe' Muzeum'.
